How to start getting identification

How do you start to get the identification if you have nothing. I have a blurry scan of my birth certificate and social security card but my mom threw those away and my ID was stolen with my wallet. I’m trying to work but not sure how when jobs need ID. I also don’t have a car so I can ask for a ride to the DMV MAYBE once
