Hello everyone. I sent in my application for my employers competitor & customer which is in the same geographic location and is the same job I do now. I sent my resume in via email (per the instruction from the job posting) and heard no response. Sent another email about 5-7 days later with no response. Next day still no response but GM from the competitor views my profile on LinkedIn. No idea why, but still no response. Any idea what’s going on? Why can’t they just respond back and say we’re not interested or that they’re moving forward with other candidates?
