So I'm 35 and resigned from my job I was at for 11 years in March. I was in various leadership positions at a well known, national company, however I want to finish my degree and make that my main priority. I always focused on my career and making money and just never got around to finishing it. Thankfully I have the opportunity to do so now after getting married. However, I'm uncomfortable not bringing in ANY income. I've worked since I was 17 so it just feels weird. Obviously my focus is school first, but trying to see what sort of work I could find to make some side money, even if its just $500-$1000/month - that's fine. At least I'll feel I'm contributing SOMETHING. A few things:
- Not looking to interact much with clients or do any sort of customer service work. After managing teams and working in a retail environment I've had my fill of that. I don't mind working or interacting with people, but I don't want it to be customer service or problem solving for them, deal with complaints, etc.
- I have my notary license (California) and P&C insurance license
- Super fast typist, can type up to 150 WPM so thinking some sort of data entry job would be best
