Requested specific feedback on why I was not qualified for a job. Got a thorough and kind answer from manager. I would like to reach back out to sell myself to the company.

*Need Advice*

I applied for a job and the same day they viewed the materials I submitted. The job required a Bachelor's and I felt I had a little bit of a leg up in having a Master's in the same field. Resume, Cover Letter, Grad School transcripts and a writing sample. They checked out my LinkedIn. They followed up and asked for my undergrad transcripts which I sent right away. The next morning, they kindly informed me that I was not a match. I had some D grades in undergrad that I did grade replacement where I took the course again and earned A's. I responded asking for an outstanding reason why I was not qualified. He very promptly sent me an email fleshing out that a line in my resume didn't match their company goals and that my undergraduate grades were a notable deterrent. I did SO much better in graduate school and feel that I could reach out once more to prove that I am worth the company's time. I see how that can be a negative but I feel like I have overcome by proving myself academically even though it wasn't the first time. I have relevant job experience and am good at on the job training.

I would like advice on specific approaches to how I can say I have improved and how to ask for a reevaluation.
