Quitting a job before starting

Hello everyone, I recently applied for a job as a dishwasher at a local restaurant and completed the interview earlier today. The more I think about what it requires and hear about other people's experiences with this position, the more I know that I have much better options that fit my needs as an employee. At this point, I'm 100% sure that I don't want to do this job and I figure I should tell the owner sooner rather than later. My question is, does anyone have advice for how I could let him know this without seeming unprofessional or rude? I'm scheduled to start in 2 days so I'd like to get it done as quickly as possible.
