Including multiple concurrent jobs on resume

For the past year, I’ve been working 2 full-time jobs concurrently. The work is similar between jobs, but the companies and industries are completely different.

I’m currently looking for a new job (only 1 job this time) and I’m not sure how to put my two concurrent jobs on my resume. Should I include both jobs, one job, or doesn’t it not matter? I think it’s ideally valuable to include both jobs because one has a better job title (I’m in a senior position) whereas the other one is in a slightly more relevant industry (but it’s a junior position). The core job duties at both jobs will be strongly applicable to any new jobs I will be applying to
