If the application form is in English, but the position I'm applying to is for my non-speaking English country, should I fill it in English or in my native language?

This is something that usually happens when applying to multinational companies and I'm never sure about what I should do.

The application form is English, all questions and options in English, but the position is for my Portuguese-speaking country. I usually fill it in English as well but the person reading it will also be from my country so... what's the point?
