How do I put in my 2 weeks notice when I have no way to contact with coworkers or bosses aside from text?

Okay, I am a janitor right now. I'm also enrolled in college for a business management degree. Being a janitor is not going to help me in any way shape or form career-wise. Also, I am miserable doing this. I get treated like I am severely learning disabled by the client I clean for 6 days a week. Also, they keep piling work onto my schedule but there's no extra time alotted. I'm burnt out here. Tomorrow is my 22nd birthday and I want to put in my notice so I can pursue my actual career path. However, literally zero real contact with my bosses, and I have no other coworkers. I just don't want my supervisor to be overloaded by my workload so I want to give notice. I don't have an email address for any supervisors. Just text messaging. Should I go to HQ building and physically give them a letter, or should I do this through text since they have tried to distance themselves from me to the point where I literally see and talk to no one?
