i'm 23, no degree, i have had 8 jobs in just over 2 years living in a new state. some lasting a week, some lasting 8 months. my longest job was a year and a half. i can never seem to be content with a job. for the one that lasted 8 months, it was my super cool coworkers that kept me going but it paid $8/hr which was not livable for me. it was customer service and it sucked but i didn't want to blow my brains out when i got home.
of course to put the cherry on top, i have no clue what career i want to do. doing the same thing over and over seems so boring to me. i love jobs that are different every day. i don't want to sit through school for 4 years. i've seen some people recommend temporary jobs but jobs without stability terrify me.
currently, i work at a vet. the only thing that sparks any interest in me is super gorey injuries. but, most of the work is vaccinations. same thing every day - heartworm test for the dog, rabies and ear mite treatment for the cat, "help, my dog isn't eating"; it gets so boring.
