Just three months ago I posted how happy I was to finally find a job with an organization + mission I felt good about.
Unfortunately it hasn’t been working out. The org (small non-profit) is a complete mess—there have been numerous and consistent problems with my pay and benefits and “changes” to the employee handbook that I was only told about after I was hired. For example, they told me that their parental leave benefit was 12 weeks of paid leave, which started after you’d been with the organization for 6mos. After my start date I found out that this had actually been changed to 4 weeks of paid (8 weeks additional if you could get on public benefits from the city), and only kicked in 12mos after your start date. They had already made this change before I came on in April, but deliberately told me the wrong thing. The organization also screwed up payroll so I wasn’t paid until I had already been working there for 4 weeks.
Aside from that, this has been a very draining workplace. My experience and knowledge is constantly questioned, people take my work and pass it off as their own, and I’m constantly being hung out to dry and set up to fail by senior staff who will change deadlines and blow up my projects at the last minute. I’ve restarted therapy but have been struggling with my mental health constantly.

Is it too soon to look for another job?

Should I list this job on my resume even though I’ve only been here < 3mos at this point? I’m not planning on quitting until I find something else—as bad as this place is, I need to pay bills. It’s already on my Linkedin profile which makes it awkward not to put on my resume :/
