So how hard is it too get a job if I'm a dropout but I know all of the requirements?

So I dropped out due to being really far behind, and not knowing at the time I had ADHD,but I've kept up on my Match and science studies and can easily code in C++ but I'm still worried that maybe job hirers won't cafe about my qualifications just because I'm a drop out. and if yes what can I do to fix the scenario I'm in, Would just graduating high school online be enough to help?
