I work for a company majority of sales professionals. It's b2b. We have daily team meetings where trash talk/ball busting happens. It's a very competitive company. I trash talk myself. But I had an account taken away from me by a VP who hasn't sold in 5 years. The shit talking was rampant.
If a VP/Director wants to talk shit. What happens when they can't hang and report me to HR or try to fire?
