Hey guys.

Last Thursday I had a phone interview with the hiring manager for a position that I'm really interested in. As far as I can tell the interview was smooth and the position seemed like a great fit.

After finishing the interview and in the past couple of days I got caught up in a bunch of things, and last night it just dawned on me that I totally forgot to send a follow up email.

Now 5 days have passed and it's probably too late, but I'm afraid this would've hurt my chances especially since it's still my first job search and I haven't been getting much interviews, and I'm genuinely interested in the job itself.
