Email signature when applying to jobs

Hey y'all. Question here about email signature. I am currently employed, but a job at a different organization just opened that I'd like to apply for. My question is: should I use my current job title and org in my email signature when applying for this other job? My initial inclination is to leave it out, given that I'm not representing my current org or performing any function of my current job by sending in an application to another org. Just wanted to double check if there's a general consensus or standard practice on something like this. Thanks!
