I hope all of you are doing well. I am currently working in a great Biotech company as an Accounts Payables Manager/Senior accountant for one year now. I love the company and can see myself evolving here. I went to university outside of the US and moved to Massachusetts after graduation with a bachelors in economics. I spent a year learning English and my first job ended up being an accounts payables specialist, then a staff accountant before this new gig. Overall I have 5 years of experience in accounting. Without a CPA I don't think there are many options for me and I also want to grow since I don't want to be doing accounting forever. I am looking for other skill(s) I can pair with accounting experience to push me further in my career. I have been considering something treasury related or data analytics. I am not set on anything and some guidance would be much appreciated.
