Atheneum Partners…legit or scam?

My apologies if I’m calling out someone’s entity but I’ve done my due diligence in researching them to a ‘T’ only to find mixed reviews of being on the up-and-up as well as a fly by night train to scam city.

A recruiter reached out to me via email regarding an advisory request for a “Government Emergency Preparedness Space”? They just needed five mins of my time to explain if I’m interested and mentioned “The consultation is currently being compensated at $250 for the hour-long call.” I dunno…it just sounds off.

I’m pretty good at sniffing out scams and would like to completely ignore this as well should it be one. Seems too good to be true.
