What should I be negotiating for when accepting a job?

I'm moving up from intern to the entry level position at this company and the salary they offered it quite good for the role (a little above national avenge), but just in case I want to see if I can get more. I'm just not sure how much I should start with a counter? Do I go for 10% more or should I shoot high with 20% knowing we will probably end closer to 10%?

Additionally, I have to move cities (I knew this going in and they were concerned about in the hiring process). Is it normal for any entry level person to ask for moving cost reimbursement? I feel like this is something you ask for when you are higher up, plus they warned me ahead of time I'd eventually have to move.

The other thing is vacation days. In short I'll get 20 vacation days that I'd have to use in 15 days or I loose them, since they restart at the end of the month I'm hired on. I've been working as an intern without paid vacation days for nine months prior, do you think I could get them to move at least a few extra vacation days for the next fiscal year?

Is there anything else I should negotiate for?

Sorry for all the questions, this is all so new to me and I'm not sure who is even proper to ask these questions to!
