So I’ve been working the last 3 years at my university, as a TA. I only work for the spring and fall semesters, so I have a gap in between for summer break. Is it wrong that I put in my resume I worked for those full 3 years (ex: 2017-2020)? I didn’t think it was a big deal until I saw some sample resumes online, where it specifies seasonal roles. I got my current job, where I didn’t specify it. And I feel guilty. What do you guys think?
