I'm hoping the people of Reddit can share some advice for me. Im a 23 yoM and I just started a new job, Investor Relations role, (permanent full time) and its only my second week at the firm. 3 weeks ago right after I accepted my offer at Company A, I did an interview for a better job at Company B for fun, didn't think I'd get it. flash forward, Company B offered me the position as an analyst for a bank with better pay and benefits, however it is a 12 month contract. I'm in that ethical dilemma, I want the job at Company B but the contract position doesn't provide stability and I feel bad for burning bridges at Company A. The salary difference between the two jobs are $6k CAD but not sure if that's worth the jump. If anyone would like to share their experiences, please do.
