Offer Negotiations Beyond Salary

Hey everyone!

I got an offer letter on Friday and have until the end of the day tomorrow to accept or request changes. I’m actually really happy with the salary - it’s a big jump for me and a reasonable place to start in the industry. They provide a wellness stipend and continuing education stipend as well as health insurance. I’m currently planning to ask for an additional allowance to set up my new work from home station (permanently remote job) and for the start date to be pushed back one week so I can have a week off between jobs.

What do you think? Is there anything else you would look for or ask for?
