Yesterday, the CEO of the company told everyone in my division to go home (It's a small company so it was like 20 people) and to not bother showing up until Thursday morning. He continued to say that we should only show up if we wanted to keep working and to do the job right. I spent 6 months looking for a job and I finally landed this one and I haven't even been there a full three months. I'm so burned out on the job search I don't know if I can start hunting for a job again, and I actually want the job.
This ended up as more of a rant than a request for advice but if anyone has advice I'd welcome it.
