Is it REALLY bad to leave a job in less than a year for a better offer? You gotta do what’s best for you right? HELP

What do you guys think? I mean, no one can blame you for doing what’s best for you. I just want to see if anyone else has done it and how they have managed to address it in future interviews because it’s not like you would just say “I needed more money”.... would you say that? I guess I just want to see 1) what the consequences are and 2) the way this should be addressed in future interviews.
