Has anyone been offered development or new roles after handing in their notice?

After months of requesting development etc, I finally handed in my notice. Due to the pandemic, I’m technically occupying two roles and have three different line managers, now offering development/ role changes when they had such a lack of interest before. I’d usually hear from one line manager once a week and have since heard from all three within 36 hours, looking to improve my ‘Company Name’ experience.

This is probably the third time (with different businesses) that I’ve experienced this and I guess I’m just wondering if anyone else has experienced the same?
