Entry-Level Part-Time Job Search

Hello, all. Sorry if I am making this post longer than it should be. I'm an accountant who worked as a bookkeeper for about a year and then I had to quit so I can take care of my son while my husband worked full-time. That is the only work experience that I have related to accounting. To be honest, I don't think the experience even qualifies as an accounting experience because the job required little to no critical thinking skills. It was pretty much just journal entries and making sure that the prepared financials (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, etc.) looked good. I quit that job more than a year ago to take care of my son, as previously mentioned. While not working, I studied for the CPA exam and passed all four sections. I also believe that I meet all the education requirements of 150 credit hours for certification in California. My experience as bookkeeper will not fulfill the experience requirements needed for the CPA certification because none of the managers in the company was a CPA.

My question is: how do I go about applying for a part-time job that will coincide with the hours that my son will be in school? He's in 2nd grade. Bell schedule is 8am to 2pm. Which means I can only work between 8am until 2pm. Do I put on my resume that I will only be able to work between those hours? Do I request that during the interview for a part-time job posting? How do I even begin searching for a part-time job that will cater to my specific situation? I really don't know how to begin. Please point me towards the right direction. Thank you all!
