Am I compensated fairly

Hello, I have worked for a tech company for about two years as a sales rep. The goal for the sales reps is to sell $4million a year. We do not get commission, only a end of the year bonus that is not guaranteed.

My base pay is $60k, and last year I got a bonus of $6k. I was under the goal of $4million but did sell $3.5 million.

From speaking with the other reps, I know their income is similar to mine.

The company we work for is very small, where the managers are also the owners.

Are we getting taken advantage of? Can someone explain to me why the sales team’s compensation is so low when we are essentially driving the business?
