Will hibernating my account withdraw my easyapply applications

So I talked to someone at a firm and they told me to apply to the job via LinkedIn and use him as a reference. So I updated my resume uploaded it with the references, deleted my old saved resume, and then submitted it. For some reason, LinkedIn used my old resume, maybe i should've refreshed the page. In any event, I created a new account and submitted the proper one on there, and hibernated my main account. Will that withdraw my application? I don't want them to see that application.
