What is a "Behavioral Interview"?

Hey everyone!

I have an interview on Wednesday for a really cool marketing position. I have been told it could take up to two hours and the first part will be a "behavioral interview." I know it will be via Zoom and not something written, etc.

What does a behavioral interview mean and is there any way to prepare? Thanks!
