Skeptical about this job..

It’s a WFH customer service position and I’m doing an online interview as we speak. First off, idk if I’m messaging a real person but whoever is on the other side, their English is a bit off. Sure it might not be their first language but it still makes me a tad skeptical. The address they gave is just a street in my state which Google maps isn’t showing anything except for construction that was once there; looks like that might be one of their offices.

Their website doesn’t provide any info about them except for a bunch of links to different Amazon books (not sure if that gives it away). The pay per hour is quite high which makes me skeptical but apparently they are a legit business.

The interview is fine, I just can’t tell if it’s just copy and paste or someone is actually there. Am I missing any info to get input from you guys?

Edit: I can only find indeed reviews of former employees but it dates back to 2019 and none for the job I’m applying for. I think it would have been a front desk position if Covid wasn’t a thing

Edit 2: okay, they say I’m qualified, but asking for my personal info like address through a messaging app is sketchy no?
