probi period ends mar.13,2021 and i don't intend to continue with the company. nxt working day is mar.15 and i purposely didn't report for work. my immediate senior said na automatically regular na daw ako kahit walang Employment Contract para sa regularization, no contract pa rin until now.
mar.16, i communicated wt him my reason why i don't wanna go further and he said that i am required to file my resignation letter and render 45d as per my employment contract (probi contract ko, wc expired last mar.13)
my inquiry: am i still binded by my probi contract or by the automatic regularization contract wc i don't happen to see until now? pls help po :(( thank u po
