Low confidence slow learner

I just quit a (dishwasher) job I only worked for about a week I didn't work 2 years prior to this.. my mental health is bad (generalized anxiety, social anxiety, depression, emetophobia) but my bf and I need the money. I only have high school diploma and I struggled to get good grades.. I'm pretty sure I have a learning disability. I know I could benefit from getting on disability but I would have to get a diagnosis and the copay is too expensive

I feel like I need a job where I work with others bc my need for validation on every task is too high.. I feel very incapable, but I need to do something
