Background: Just started working at this job for 1 month, and I haven't heard anything negative so far from my manager. I did, however, feel stressed that I wasn't able to contribute much and also needed a lot of help from my manager on basic tasks. I have already finished 2 projects with 1 that is almost done with my manager's help.
The reason I know this was my job was because it is the same exact job description with one minor tweak that I have applied to a month ago. Also, because I am the only one doing this job duty for my department.
I have asked my manager during my first week here whether or not they will be hiring another person with the same responsibilities like me, and he said they might expand in the future, but it has only been a month.
I am a little bit worry as to what to do.
