Job interview: what to say

So I really started a job this week that is meant to be a temporary job. I just got a second interview for a different position at a different company. I really want this job as it'll point me in a good direction to what I really want to do. What do I say when they ask me about my job history and what I'm currently doing. Do I tell them I just started at a different job?
