Information on company called Conectys

My friend got hired by the company Conectys for a work from home cyber security position. He is based in the US, I think the company is Romania based and he was contacted via LinkedIn.

I offered to help him do some research on the company since neither of us have heard about it. Anyone have any input?

On that note. Any advice of vetting companies?
