I’m a fourteen year old with bad, bad social anxiety, but I want a job. Any suggestions?

I have really bad social anxiety, like I can’t email without getting freaked out bad, although strangely I’m fine on the phone or in person(sometimes) as long as you initiate the conversation. I want a job, I can’t think of one where I might profit and not have a panic attack. Any help?
