How many questions and answers does Indeed need

I applied for a low to mid level logistics position. I get back a request to go through and answer three different tests. One is only "customer service", questions. This test is 33 questions. Really, how many questions and answers do they need to see to know you know how to talk to customers? I can see asking up to 10, but no way is 33 required to show competence.

They will likely training you to answer customers the way they want you to anyways. Again, this was only one of three tests for this lower level position.
