Frequently switching jobs/careers

Seems like no one really likes what they do for a living now. I've seen so many posts on this site about people regretting what they majored in, and how much they want to quit their job/career after working in it for X amount of years. I mean, I'm one of those people.

I’ve been in the restaurant industry for about 8 years, and in the call center industry for 1 year. I hate both industries. The restaurant jobs I've had paid well, but they really did a lot of damage to my mind and body. Running around and standing on your feet will hurt your body, and getting yelled at by a pretentious 10 year old and his Karen mom will really make you go crazy. The call center job will make your anxiety go up anytime the phone rings.

I'm getting closer to my 30's so I feel like I'm almost out of time to 'find myself'. I just want to try out a bunch of different jobs in other industries until I find something I like. I’m just worried that future employers will find it strange that I worked in a bunch of different fields. Will they think I’m going to leave them and go into something else?
