  • Share Agile best practices with the Enterprise.
  • Actively participate, both internally and externally, in the Agile community
  • Mentor and motivate teams while promoting Agile values.
  • Work with stakeholders to define the scope of major releases.
  • Coordinate the execution of all program level processes and the preparation and execution of Release Planning Events on regular intervals.
  • Facilitate program continuous improvement activities include Inspect and Adapt Workshops and other program retrospectives as necessary.
  • Awareness of all phases of program from inception through completion including project reviews, feasibility, cost benefit analyses, prioritization, initiation, execution, and closure for all project work related to the program.
  • Drive the execution of the program across collaborative and cross-functional teams
  • Take ownership for overseeing program and ensuring alignment with scrum masters to provide estimation by teams and rollup for program visibility.
  • Work closely with resource managers and scrum masters to ensure resource allocation and forecasting for the program is appropriately staffed at all times.
  • Assess dependencies, risk, impact, mitigation plans while viewing all projects within the program at a holistic view. Acquisition & Deployment
  • Serve as the solution delivery expert for the design and implementation of assigned program.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with project team, peers, stakeholders and vendors to seamlessly integrate the program area into the overall strategic objectives and activities of the assigned business unit.
  • Manage the cost, schedule and technical performance of programs.
  • Work with the Development Manager and Architects to ensure conformance of system architecture, standards and practices.
  • Act as the primary customer contact for program activities such as project status and issue escalation.
  • Oversee the project change control process and works to mitigate risk to budget, timelines and resource availability as well as assumes responsibility for stakeholder sign offs.
  • Audit projects to ensure they are adhering to project management methodologies and the project governance model.
  • Support, advise, and assist in resolving issues as needed.
  • Drive toward successful completion of the agreed upon program deliverables within scope, time and budget with quality while consistently exceeding business expectations Operational Management
  • Provide project visibility and reporting of projects within the program to the executive management team and steering committee.
  • Prepare and present program status to the program Steering Committee.
  • Familiar with existing systems to track and manage requests and issues used by project team. Incidental Functions
  • Prepare and lead presentations as requested.
  • Assist with other projects as may be required to contribute to efficiency and effectiveness of the work.
  • Participate in hiring activities and fulfilling affirmative action obligations and ensuring compliance with the equal employment opportunity policy.
  • Minimal travel is required
  • Work outside the standard office 7.5 hour workday may be required. Position Requirements Formal Education & Certification
  • Bachelor degree in IT, Business or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) preferred. Knowledge & Experience
  • 8+ years of experience with IT or business analysis, project management, and program management with clear progression of responsibility throughout career.
  • Well versed in project management concepts, methodologies and tools.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working with external agencies, vendors or partners.
  • 5+ years of hands on experience managing large scale IT initiatives
  • Proven success managing projects within the interactive space a plus.
  • Broad base of technology and business experience including strategy, design, implementation, operations for application development organizations.
  • Experience with agile principles including Release Train Engineer and/or Scrum Master a plus.
  • Understanding of servant leadership preferred.
  • Experience with Agile project methodology preferred. Personal Attributes

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information in verbal, written or visual form to a variety of audiences, from the internal team to client executives
