A headhunter submitted me to an opening. I've had an initial interview with the hiring manager. At the end they said they would tell HR to advance me to the second round of interviews the following week. It's been a week and I've heard nothing. It's possible I didn't get the job, but I also know this location is going through a large hiring wave. I want to follow up if only for closure. But should I follow-up? And if so, do I reach out to the headhunter, HR, or the hiring manager?
