When should I apply for graduate schemes and should I go for it?

Hello all. I've always been lost and late when it comes to taking important career related decisions. I started my Master's in November 2020, and my programme ends on November 2021. However, I'll have finished my courses by July and will only be left with my thesis after that. Now the question i wanted to ask is when should I start applying for graduate roles? Should I start now? Or should I start in the peak season of September and onwards? And I'm looking for a career in Financial Services and Banking, so please advise.
