Teams interview, I had my camera on, interviewers didn't. Should I have said something?

First interview at a large company. One of the interviewers sent me a Teams meeting link a week before. I assumed it was going to be a face to face interview.

Come interview day, I suited up, logged in and turned my laptop camera and speaker on. Two interviewers showed up a few minutes late and apologized.

I was expecting them to show their face, but they made no comment on why they weren't going to, or that I had my camera on. They went ahead and started the interview.

I felt too awkward to ask them if they were going to turn on their camera or if I should turn my camera off, so I kept quiet.

I felt uneasy throughout the interview because I didn't really know where to look and it felt a bit like I was being observed.

Pretty sure the whole thing didn't go well, but I have only myself to blame for that.

My question is, should I have said something at the beginning about the whole situation?
