Made it to the final round of interviews...extremely nervous

Hey everyone! 👋🏼

I have been unemployed since July and finally made it to the third and final round of interviews for a dream job in my field. Pretty much the final candidates (I’m not quite sure how many of us there are) were asked to complete an assigned project and present it during interviews later this week. I already turned in my project and am waiting to complete my interview this Thursday.

Anyone have any tips to deal with stress leading up to that interview? Should I assume I didn’t get the job and go about my life so I’m not crushed? How should I distract myself to keep my mind off of the pressure? Any tips and tricks?
