Looking for work for almost a month - not one single interview.

And it really sucks. Now I know its a combo of covid and the time of year but usually after a month of looking I can usually land at least 1-2 interviews. But I've been getting nothing but rejections and I've noticed on jobs I've applied to I'm competing with a lot more people , as many as 200!! Wtf ?

It also sucks cause a lot of my dream jobs/work places are hiring and I've applied and they haven't even looked at my applications on LinkedIn or indeed (no notification about it). I feel like I'm fighting a up hill battle no matter how good my resume or portfolio is.

Is every else having the same issues? I'm in southern Ontario Canada.
