So I applied to this place 6 or 7 times over the past couple years. Always checked my race (white) and never got the job. Someone I know mentioned this place might have quotas to fill, so I decided to check Hispanic. First time NOT getting a rejection email, but now I'm nervous. I'm a shitty liar, and I'm scared they'll see that I'm not Hispanic (I'm Italian so I look pretty European, which means I can pass for Hispanic from Spain, but it's still not something I feel comfortable with). Should I still go to the interview and hopefully get the job? Or do you think they'll see through the lie and not hire me?
