Jobs working with the elderly

I am a home health CNA and I work at an assisted living place. I work with the elderly population and I prefer that. I’ve worked in numerous healthcare jobs like clinics and hospitals and I didn’t like them. I decided from that I think I only would like to work with the elderly. What would be the best career for me ? I’m a little jittery thinking about needles, drawing blood, giving injections/pricks. I’m thinking of physical therapist assistant or occupational therapist assistant.
