Help me narrow down the right career?

Hi reddit! I am a 27 year old woman living on Indiana, and I'm looking for a new career. The problem is that I have no idea what to do or where to start. I thought I could write out some of my history, education, likes, dislikes, ect, and maybe we can brainstorm some ideas about what my next career could be.

Education: 2 year associate degree in Criminal Justice from a community college. 4 year bachelor degree in Behavioral Science from Purdue. 3.8 GPA at both colleges. I originally wanted to be a prison counselor, or maybe a forensic psychologist, but I no longer have any desire (or money) to pursue a masters degree or higher in Psychology. That dead end was my mistake.

Work history: I've done various retail work from a small local grocery store, a midwest chain hardware store, and a few years at Wal-Mart. Totaling about 5 years in retail. I spent 6 months working in a bakery, but couldn't cut it.

For the last 3 years I've been working at my local library. Started out part time, but I have been promoted to full time. For a while I thought this was my dream job, but now I'm starting to think it isn't. Every day for the past few months has become a struggle to get out of the house and go to work. I feel myself becoming bitter, like when I was working retail.

This is the reason I think I need a career change. Well, that and because they pay is pretty poor. $12 an hour at 37 hours a week (that's the most we are allowed to work) leaves me with nothing to put away at the end of each month. Even with a roommate, I'm living paycheck to paycheck.

I just don't know where to go from here. I don't know what career might be better suited for me. The issue I have with my library job is that the customer service aspect of it is beginning to grind on my nerves. Our library is run like a retail store, we have to constantly bend over backwards to service our patrons. It's very much a "The customer is always right" establishment. I think I would like a job with a little less human interaction. Maybe I'm just not a people person?

My problem is that I don't think I'm very good at anything. I have nothing to offer the workforce. I'm not very smart, and I'm not in very good shape physically. I'm just a very mediocre person. No one special.

Ideally I would like to find a job with the education and skillset I already have, as I can't afford to go back to college. I've thought about trade school, but I don't think I'm smart enough to be an electrician or plumber, and I don't think I'm strong enough to be a bricklayer or construction worker.

Can we maybe bounce some idea's around? Maybe throw out some careers that often get overlooked? Ask me anything, and I'll try to answer to the best of my ability.

Thank you for your time!
