I've been thinking about this non-stop and there's no one in my network who can help me with career advice. I have strong interests in UI/UX and product design because I love the design thinking and hands-on designing aspect of it, but I feel like those roles are mainly for tech companies. I also am interested in Marketing and Branding, but many roles in that area also don't have the hands-on design aspect to it. Is there any role or job position out there that has some blend of both? I'm really interested in the fashion/beauty industry, but I'd figure that the pay wouldn't be as great as for a tech company.
I really apologize if this isn't the right place to ask and if I sound picky, but I've been having a lot of anxiety with recruiting and I'm not really sure what to do. There's a lot of pressure to get a job full of prestige/high pay, but I also really want to work somewhere where I can at least decently enjoy the role/company mission/industry. Really any advice or insight is greatly appreciated!
