I’m a teenager who’s never worked. I want to work at this new shop but idk the first step to applying?

I’m very shy and quiet, but I think a job will help with that. My voice is also very soft and I get anxious by people. A lot of people said their voices became much louder because of getting a job.

I found one on social media that’s super close to my house and it said to email my resume to them. I don’t know anything about applying to jobs so please educate me and answer my questions.

1) How do I write a resume for someone with no experience? What is the format?

2) When I do email it, do I have to say anything else or just simply send the resume?
