If I’m applying for a job that fits my major well but the jobs I’ve held since college had nothing to do with my major, should I put education first on my resume before work experience?
I majored in English and gained tons of writing experience, then graduated and did customer service jobs in libraries. Now I’m applying for writing jobs and my education is bound to be the main sell.
Will flipping education and work experience make me look like I don’t know what I’m doing and turn them off?
