Help dealing with post interview nerves while I wait for an answer

Hey everybody. I had a phone interview on Thursday. The interview went well and I have no serious complaints They said they probably won’t get back to me for a week or two. I’ve never felt this nervous after an interview before. I keep over thinking about how I forgot to mention some things, I could’ve answered something better, and maybe they will interview more qualified people after me. Not to mention I sent 2 thank you emails the next day because there was a problem with it. That might be awkward. I know I’m overthinking things and the interview was good but how do you deal with nerves after an interview while you wait for an answer? Thanks
