So I interviewed for a job about a week ago, went really well, they told me I was really personable and a good fit for the job. They asked me for 3 references, and I gave them it, but it's been a whole week now and I don't think my references were even contacted, and I haven't been given any other follow up emails. What do you think I should do, should I email and what would I say? Or should I just wait?
Tbh my references weren't the greatest, only one of them were actually solid the other 2 are kind of just people I've volunteered with before, but do you think that would hinder my shot of getting the job? They haven't even contacted them. I was feeling good about getting the job before but now I'm not so sure. Any help would be appreciated, I'm pretty new at this job thing so I'm not sure what to do rn lol
